Lentil Slop

While I ate my leftover pizza from Sharp Edge for dinner last night, SP concocted something I call 'Lentil Slop.' He calls it 'Light Lentil Stew.' I don't like lentils, but he does. He cooked some lentils, added a can of diced tomatoes, some oregano, pepper vodka, and some green onion. He said it was delicious. I refrained from ruining the taste of my pizza.

Before eating our dinner, we indulged in a small appetizer of prosciutto-mozzarella roll we bought at Costco. Yum.
