CSA Week #20 (and tilapia dinner)

Tuesday brought more CSA goodies: lettuce mix, basil, heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, flying saucer squash, carrots, another giant onion, sweet frying pepper medley, shallots, garlic, and zucchini.

Here's the flying saucer squash:For dinner, we made a salad, rice for me and quinoa for SP, and tilapia topped with pecorino romano, lemon, and thyme. Yum!


After dinner, we tried some CSA watermelon. I picked all the little white seeds out but SP ate his seeds. It was tasty!
