CSA Week #30

Lots of goodies in this week's CSA box: apples, apple butter, squash, brussel sprout florets, half dozen free range eggs, arugula, French breakfast radishes, celery, carrots, and red potatoes.

I think this is the first time we have received brussel sprout florets. Our CSA newsletter says that they can be used like cabbage or kale. They can be stuffed, sauteed, or boiled. They can also be eaten raw in salads.
