Chicken Gone Right

On Monday mom bought a fresh roasting chicken. She and I seasoned it with salt and oranges then roasted it in the oven. Maybe not as exciting as rotisserie-ing it on the grill, but certainly a more beautiful golden brown than Sunday's blackened mass! It was yummy and nice to have an orange flavored chicken rather than our usual lemon flavor. We ate the chicken with salad.
