CSA #2, #3, and #4

We were on vacation for CSA #2, so GP got all the goodies! CSA #3 was our first day back in Pittsburgh, and since we had an early morning appointment and since we had lots of errands/chores, SP had scheduled a vacation day. So we picked up our half of the CSA #3 goodies on Thursday when he returned to work, but I was still feeling sick and therefore lazy, so I didn't take a photo, I just shoved it in the refrigerator! This week, CSA #4, I took photos, but apparently I took very, very, very blurry photos last night, so I cannot post them, and I'm not going to go pull everything out of the refrigerator/cupboard to take new photos. So no CSA photos.

Here's what we missed out on in CSA #2:

~ 1/2 pint maple syrup, Weeping Willow Farm
~ 4 ounces chevre cheese, River View Dairy
~ 1/4# wild foraged ramps, Nu Way Farm
~ carrot bunch, Nu Way Farm
~ 1/2 gallon apple cider, Kistaco Farm
~ 1# daikon radish, Clarion River Organics
~ 1/2 dozen pastured eggs, Orchard View Farm
~ bag of lettuce mix, bac choi, mizuna OR other green, from Crighton’s Farm, Goose Creek Farm or Grow Pittsburgh

Here's what was in CSA #3:

~ French tarragon, Goose Creek Gardens
~ Boltonfeta, Hidden Hills Dairy
~ 1/4# wild foraged ramps, Nu Way Farm
~ radish bunch, Next Life Farm/Reegers’ Farm/Grow Pgh
~ 3# white potatoes, Blue Goose Farm
~ 1# crimini mushrooms, Wild Purveyors
~ large wheat berry bread loaf, Clarion River Organics
~ mixed greens, Clarion River Organics/Reeger’s Farm

And here's CSA #4:


~ Fresh garlic parsley rotini from Fontana Pasta
~ 1 lb popcorn, Troyer Farm
~ 12 ounces honey, Bedillion’s Farm
~ 1 hydroponic bibb lettuce head, Milestone
~ one red butterhead lettuce head, Clarion River Organics
~ 2# French fingerling potatoes, Clarion River Organics
~ 1/2# young kale, Clarion River Organics
~ 1/4# goat milk feta cheese, River View Dairy
