Eats in a Hot Week

The past week: water main break, lots of painting, watching fireworks from our kitchen window, staying inside in the a/c, watching lots of Game of Thrones (yes, SP got me hooked), and not turning on the oven. And all this:
Yesterday morning, I had a staring contest with this deer in our front yard. 

Fresca salad (arugula, tomatoes, parmesan, balsamic) at Cucina Bella

Capricciosa pizza (artichokes, portobello, prosciutto, basil, parmesan) at Cucina Bella

Potenza calzone (sausage, mozarella, ricotta, portobello, roasted red pepper, basil) at Cucina Bella

Farmers market tomatoes with basil, feta, and balsamic

Potato salad - 3 lbs red potatoes, celery, eggs, onion, thyme, parsley, vinegar dressing

Grilled chicken, seasoned with Penzy's Northwood seasoning

Delicious dinner for 3 nights

Tuscany bread from Market District with Benissimo Basil & Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Oil

Grilled CSA kale & CSA collards

Grilled CSA zucchini & CSA peas

Grilled salmon kebabs, seasoned with lemon juice, olive oil, and dried oregano

Grilled beef kebabs, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, and dried oregano
