Citrus Vinaigrette

We've been eating a lot of mixed greens and arugula lately. I got bored with our basic red wine vinegar vinaigrette and the balsamic vinaigrette, so I flipped through some recipes and decided to try this Citrus Vinaigrette.
It was good, but maybe a little too vinegary for me. Next time, I think I'd buy the champagne vinegar and try that instead of using the white wine vinegar. I'd also cut down a bit on the vinegar and maybe add some thyme.
We omitted the shallot because I don't like how strongly shallot/onion flavors a vinaigrette after a couple of days.
