Fried Zucchini served with marinara and lemon |
SP almost always goes for a fish entree. Last time it was the salmon, above & below, served on a mixture of zucchini, onions, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, a hint of bacon for flavor and a light sauce with white wine.
Meals and sandwiches are always huge, Pittsburgh size, and usually we take home half for lunch the next day. SP said the salmon was yummy and he really liked the veggies underneath.
Usually I get the Meatball Hoagie, which is fantastic and one of my favorite sandwiches ever, but last time, I got another tasty sandwich, the Philly Steak & Cheese. My second, favorite sandwich - lots of gooey cheese and thinly sliced steak with grilled onions and peppers on a toasted hoagie roll. Yum!
If you're in Robinson and looking for lunch/dinner, large portions and not too pricey, give Downey's House a try.
