Pasta with Sausage, Mushrooms, & Peas

This One-Pot Pasta with Sausage, Mushrooms, & Peas is really good and easy to make. It was in the  Cook's Country Dec/Jan 2020 issue. We used orecchiette instead of medium shells. I liked how the pasta cradled tiny bits of sausage or peas.
I also liked that you only dirty one pot. Lots of mushrooms and peas for veggie. Lots of flavor from the white wine, lemon, fresh basil. Cook the sausage, mushrooms, shallot. Add the white wine. Add water ad pasta, simmer until pasta is done. Add peas. Stir. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Definitely a make again recipe.
