Spaghetti with Spring Vegetables

A few weeks ago, we made a delicious pasta dish from Cook's Country: Spaghetti with Spring Vegetables. I saw it posted in their Instagram feed and it looked good. Pasta (for me) with a lot of veggies (for SP).
Zucchini, asparagus, peas, and cherry tomatoes plus mint, chives, lemon, and cheese. Also garlic & red pepper flakes, which we omitted. You cannot see the zucchini because it's deliberately overcooked to create a sauce with a silky texture that nicely coats the other vegetables.
Easy, pretty quick, delicious. Definitely a Make Again meal. I really like the mint and lemon flavors. And the peas. I don't know why, but I love peas in pasta!
